Corrections

Everything on Compare My Care is taken from CQC's published data. If a detail about a home is wrong:

• Rating, registration, beds, manager or address: these come from the CQC register. Providers can update them through CQC, and the change will appear here after our next monthly update.
• Anything we've got wrong in processing that data (a mismatched rating, a broken link, a home in the wrong area): email contact@comparemycare.uk with the page address. We aim to reply within five working days.

We don't remove homes or ratings on request, because the data is a public record. But we will always fix a genuine error.
